1. Please advise us of any single item in excess of £165 in value - be advised that this will be our maximum liability if not notified. On notification the maximum liability that American Dry Cleaning Company will cover is £350 in value. In order for this £350 value to be exercised this notification must be printed on the customers order/receipt from the said branch.
2. American Dry Cleaning Company does not accept cheque payments.
3. American Dry Cleaning Company does not accept credit card payments for less than £10. If it is under £10 a £1 supplement applies.

Dropping off items for repair/cleaning:
1. No responsibility taken for belts/buckles/buttons or any attachments during cleaning, tailoring or in our care.
2. Please check you are issued a ticket and that the count and classification is correct, as details on ticket are final, thereafter.
3. Please give us 24 hours notice if you have lost your ticket, for us to
find your order.

On collection of cleaned/ repaired items
1. Please check your order before you leave the shop – we cannot be held responsible for missing items, thereafter.
2. Please check your garments on collection. We will only accept responsibility for garments up to 5 days from collection.
3. Please note that any complaints or potential claims must be returned unworn or unused with the original packaging that the item was collected in. Failure to do so will invalidate any potential complaint/claim.
4. Please be aware we can only hold your orders for a maximum of 3 months. We reserve the right to dispose of any orders not collected after this period, and any claim for items after this time will not be the responsibility of American Dry Cleaning Company.
